The venue is clean and has a fantastic location near the main train station, Firenze S, attractions, central station, and the historical city center. They offer delicious food and a wide range of options.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, there was a great view of the city from the window, the room had a high ceiling, excellent air-conditioning, and the best bathroom.

The staff was good and lovely and we would stay here again. That was lovely and excellent hotel set in calm area, next to the centre of the city, the major attractions and the historical city center. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was nice😃

It is a quiet little property located in Florence Historic Centre district so close to everywhere, trams, buses, Maria square, food market, train station and bus terminal, and the centre of Florence. The rooms are huge and spacious, have clean bathroom. There is a great selection of fine food for breakfast.

I recently stayed at La Grancontessa for a few days and it was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the main shopping area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing great recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I loved the added touch of having a mini-refrigerator in the room. The coffee and water station in the lobby was a nice perk too. a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying here!

I had an amazing time in a room with a comfortable bed, an ironing set, and a chair, and would definitely stay there again.

Unexpected breakfast included, spacious room for 2, great location, helpful and friendly staff, beautifully decorated.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the historic center. Our host was incredibly helpful and informative, making our stay even more enjoyable.
